## Overview

Two facilitators take one real business problem from framing to a tested prototype in a structured one- or two-day sprint.

A design sprint gives a team a fixed process to make progress on one hard question: a new product, a customer journey that is losing people, or a process that needs rethinking. Two weeks before, our lead facilitator interviews the sponsor and three or four team members to frame the challenge and pick the right people for the room.

On the day, the group maps the problem, hears from in-house experts, sketches solutions individually and then votes and decides with the sponsor holding the final call. On a two-day format, the second day is spent building a realistic prototype and testing it with five real users, recruited in advance.

You leave with the decision, the prototype, the test findings and a written summary within three working days. Sessions run in English or Turkish, and the format works well as the core of a leadership offsite.
