## Overview

A senior facilitator designs and runs your strategy sessions, from pre-interviews to a written summary of decisions.

A senior facilitator with experience in executive teams designs and runs your offsite sessions so the leadership team can take part rather than run the meeting. Three to four weeks before, the facilitator interviews the CEO and each member of the team to understand the real issues and agree the outcomes.

The agenda is built around decisions: where the business stands, the three or four choices that matter for the next year, who owns what. Sessions alternate between plenary discussion, small-group work and individual reflection, using structured methods to make sure quieter voices are heard and the loudest do not decide by default.

Within three working days, you receive a written summary of decisions, owners and open questions. A follow-up call at 90 days checks progress.
