## Overview

Guests lie on mats while a practitioner plays singing bowls, gongs and chimes, followed by a short guided meditation.

We set up mats, cushions and blankets in a quiet room, a garden or a terrace at your hotel, and keep phones in a basket at the door. The practitioner opens with ten minutes of breathing to help people settle, then plays crystal and metal singing bowls, a gong and chimes for about 45 minutes while the group lies still.

The session is led by a sound practitioner who has worked with corporate groups for years and keeps the language plain: no belief system is required, and nobody is asked to share anything. The last part is a 15-minute guided meditation that people can repeat on their own at a desk or before sleep.

It works well as the first item of an offsite morning, after a long conference day, or as a calm close before a gala evening. Groups above 40 are split into two sessions so the sound stays clear in the room.
