## Overview

Two facilitated days that take a leadership team from a review of last year to an agreed set of objectives and key results for the next.

Three weeks before the offsite, we run short interviews with each member of the leadership team and review the documents you share: last year's targets, results and any board guidance. From that we build an agenda and a pre-read, so the first morning starts with the issues rather than a general update.

Day one covers an honest review of the past year and the three or four strategic choices the team needs to make, using structured debate and silent voting to keep the most senior voice from deciding everything. Day two turns those choices into objectives and measurable key results, with an owner for each, and checks them against capacity using simple Lean tools such as a value-stream view of the main process.

The facilitator stays neutral throughout and manages time and conflict. Within a week you receive a written record of decisions, the OKR set in an editable format and a suggested quarterly review rhythm. We can combine the sessions with a hotel in Sapanca, Urla, Bodrum, Belek or Cappadocia.
