## Overview

A gentle 60-minute flow and guided breathing on a beach, a lakeside deck or a valley terrace, followed by a light breakfast.

We set out mats before first light, on the beach in Bodrum or Çeşme, on a lakeside deck in Sapanca or on a terrace above the valleys in Cappadocia. The session is led by a certified teacher who works with corporate groups and keeps it suitable for people who have never done yoga.

It opens with ten minutes of guided breathing as the sun comes up, moves into a slow 40-minute flow with options for every level, and ends with a short relaxation. There is no chanting and no pressure to stretch further than is comfortable.

Fresh juices, fruit and simit are waiting at the end, so the session fits before a conference day without changing the agenda. For multi-day programmes, we schedule it on each morning and adjust the content day by day.
