## Overview

A facilitated day to agree three to five team goals, map who owns what and write a short team charter, followed by a review after 60 days.

Before the workshop, team members answer a short anonymous survey on goals, roles, decision rights and meeting habits. The results open the day and show where the team is aligned and where it is not.

The team then works through three blocks. First, goals: translating the company strategy into three to five team objectives with measurable results. Second, roles: a fast mapping of recurring work and key decisions, showing who is responsible, who decides and who needs to be consulted. Third, ways of working: a one-page charter on meetings, decisions, disagreement and communication.

The facilitator keeps the day practical and makes sure every agreement is written down. Outputs are shared within three working days, and a short review after 60 days checks what is working.
