## Overview

A chef cooks live from an Istanbul studio kitchen while your team follows along at home with a box of pre-measured ingredients delivered in advance.

A week before the session we ship a box to every participant with pre-measured dry ingredients, spices and a printed recipe card, plus a shopping list of fresh items such as onions, tomatoes and yoghurt. Boxes go by courier within Türkiye; for international teams we send a shopping list and spice pack where customs allows.

On the day, a chef cooks live from a studio kitchen with two cameras, one on the chef and one overhead on the pan. A typical menu is mercimek köftesi, a shepherd's salad and a quick dessert such as irmik helvası. A co-host watches the chat, spots who is falling behind and puts people into breakout rooms to compare results.

The session ends with everyone eating together on camera and a short vote for the best-looking plate. It works across time zones and for teams who rarely meet in person.
