The Belek and Lara resorts were built with ballrooms, breakout rooms and their own technical teams, so a sales conference and a beach dinner happen on the same property without a single coach transfer. The season runs from April to November, longer than anywhere else on the coast. Spring and autumn are the sweet spot: sea warm enough to swim, golf courses in good condition and resort rates well below July and August. For large groups it usually is: it fixes the food and beverage budget and removes bar tabs from the expense report. For May, June, September and October, nine to twelve months ahead.
