The valleys, rock-cut churches and cave hotels set a tone that makes honest conversation easier, which is why we recommend it for leadership and strategy offsites. Most boutique cave hotels have 20 to 60 rooms, so a group can often take a whole property. For larger groups we combine two neighbouring hotels in Uçhisar or Ürgüp and keep sessions in one place. Hot-air balloon flights depend on wind and are confirmed the evening before. Flights are confirmed by the authorities the evening before. If they are cancelled, we move the flight to the next morning when possible and always have a sunrise alternative ready.
