Instead of beach clubs it has the Urla vineyard route, olive groves, a small harbour and some of the best restaurants in the region. The pace suits groups that came to think and talk, not to be entertained. Most properties are small estates and coworking villages with 10 to 30 rooms, a long dinner table and a barn or terrace for sessions. A leadership team can have the whole place to itself, with no other guests in the dining room. Everything in Urla is within 15 minutes: wineries, the ancient olive oil workshop at Klazomenai, the harbour at Çeşmealtı. Is Urla still a good choice? Yes. The estates are also olive and fruit farms, and we plan olive oil tastings, cooking with the farm produce and fresh juice pairings. Halal menus and prayer space can be arranged at most properties. ### How does Urla compare with Çeşme for an offsite? Urla is quieter, closer to the airport and better for working sessions. Çeşme has the beaches and the nightlife.
