## Overview

We plan and run every group movement: airport transfers, coaches, VIP vans and boats, with a written schedule and live dispatch on the day.

Ground transport decides whether the agenda runs on time. We build a movement plan listing every transfer with times, pick-up addresses, passenger counts and vehicle type, and we size the fleet to the plan rather than the other way round.

Vehicle choice depends on the job: full-size coaches for group moves, Mercedes Vito or Sprinter VIP vans for executives and small groups, private boats when crossing the Bosphorus is faster than any road at 6 pm. In Cappadocia and on the Aegean coast we plan for narrow village roads and limited coach access.

Every driver receives a written briefing with schedule and contacts. On the day our dispatcher tracks movements, adjusts for flight delays and keeps the onsite manager informed. Vehicle quotes come back within 24 hours.

### How do you deal with Istanbul traffic?

We plan timings around rush hours, build in buffers, use boats on the Bosphorus where they are faster, and have a dispatcher adjust routes live on the day.

### What happens if a flight is delayed?

We track incoming flights and move the transfer to the new arrival time. Guests are met by a greeter with a name sign, and our 24/7 contact stays reachable throughout travel days.

### Coach or VIP van: how do you decide?

Coaches suit group moves of 20 or more on good roads. VIP vans are better for executives, small groups, tight hotel entrances and village roads, for example in Cappadocia or Urla.
