Venue search is where most event timelines slip. We start with a short brief: dates and flexibility, headcount, bedroom needs, the room setups you need each day and a budget range. From there we check availability across our vetted venues and send three proposals within one business day.

Every venue we propose has been visited by our team. We have tested the Wi-Fi in the meeting rooms, checked natural light, ceiling heights and breakout space, and looked at how long it really takes to get from the airport. A Bosphorus-front hotel in Istanbul, a vineyard estate in Urla and a cave hotel in Cappadocia solve very different problems, and we tell you plainly which one fits your agenda.

Once you choose a direction, venue quotes come back within 24 hours. We negotiate rates, attrition, cancellation terms and inclusions, review the contract with you and track option dates so nothing expires unnoticed. Search to signed contract usually takes around five days.

### What do we need to send for a venue search?

Dates or a date range, approximate headcount, budget per person, preferred regions and any must-haves, such as a plenary room for 200 or single rooms for everyone. A short call works too.

### Can we visit the venues before signing?

Yes. We arrange site visits to your shortlist and join you on them. If you can't travel, we walk you through each venue on a video call, with recent photos and notes from our own visits.

### Do you only propose venues you have visited?

Yes. Every venue on our shortlist has been visited by our team, including a Wi-Fi test and a check of the meeting rooms. If you ask about a venue we have not vetted, we visit it before recommending it.
