A private room, a good table, reliable AV and nobody walking in. For boards and advisory groups of 8 to 30.

Board meetings need privacy, comfort and no technical surprises. We source rooms with natural light, a single boardroom table, proper video-conferencing for remote members and a separate space for breaks and private conversations.

Around the meeting we handle the rest: arrival transfers, hotel rooms close to the meeting room, a dinner that leaves space to talk, and confidential handling of printed material. A coordinator stays outside the room for the whole session.

Common choices are Bosphorus hotels and private mansions in Istanbul, quiet vineyard hotels in Urla and exclusive-use villas on the Aegean. Most board meetings run one or two days.
