## Questions

### How long should a company retreat be?

Three days and two nights is the most common format: enough time for two full working sessions and one shared evening without taking people away for too long. Teams travelling from abroad often add a day.

### Which retreat destinations are easy to reach from Istanbul?

Sapanca and Kartepe are about two hours by coach, and Bursa and Uludağ around three. Aegean and Mediterranean destinations such as İzmir, Bodrum and Antalya are about an hour's flight away, and we arrange transfers at both ends.
