Leadership retreats are where strategy gets decided and where senior people learn to work as one team. That needs privacy, enough time to go deep on a few topics, and a facilitator who can hold a room of strong opinions.

We source exclusive-use venues, small boutique hotels and private villas, agree session design with your facilitator or ours, and plan evenings that leave space for informal conversation. Transfers are private, menus are chef-led and the onsite team stays out of sight unless needed.

### Can you provide the facilitator?

Yes. We work with experienced facilitators for strategy and leadership sessions, and we can also coordinate with a facilitator you already use. Either way, the session design is agreed with you before the retreat.

### How do you keep a leadership retreat confidential?

We prefer exclusive-use venues or private wings, share guest details only with the suppliers who need them, and can sign an NDA before planning starts. Printed materials are handled by our team and collected after each session.
