A sales kickoff has to do several things at once: explain the plan, train people on new products, recognise last year's results and make the team feel part of something. We plan the program so each part gets its own time and its own format.

A typical SKO combines a plenary with stage production, breakout rooms for product and skills training, an awards dinner and one evening off-site. We handle registration, rooming, flights from regional offices and all production, under one final price.

Antalya and Belek resorts suit groups of 150 to 800 with everything on one site. Istanbul works for shorter programs with strong flight connections.

## Questions

### When should we book a January sales kickoff?

Ideally by early autumn. January and February are busy months for kickoffs, and venues that can host a large plenary with breakouts fill first. Starting in September leaves time for production and flight planning.

### Can you produce the awards night?

Yes. We handle the stage, screens, lighting, music, presenter, trophies and running order for the awards, and rehearse with your hosts in the afternoon.
