A retreat built around a startup's reality: a tight budget, a team that grew fast and a roadmap that needs everyone aligned.

Startup retreats usually have two jobs: help a team that has doubled in a year get to know each other, and agree on what matters for the next two quarters. We plan the days around both, with working sessions in the morning and shared time in the afternoon.

We spend the budget where it makes a difference. That means boutique hotels or exclusive-use villas instead of large resorts, direct flights where possible, and activities that cost little but bring people together, such as a cooking class or a sunset boat trip.

Typical choices in Türkiye are Urla and Alaçatı on the Aegean, Sapanca for teams based in Istanbul, and Kaş for a longer stay. Three to four days is the usual length.
