## Overview

Your team keeps its normal working hours, just from a hotel by the sea, with afternoons and weekends to enjoy the place.

A workation is longer and looser than a retreat. People keep working on their usual tasks, but they do it together and in a place they would choose for a holiday. Teams often come back with better working relationships and without losing a week of output.

We book one to two weeks in a hotel or a group of villas with a dedicated co-working room, and plan a light social program: a boat day, a dinner in town, a weekend excursion. Everything else is optional.

The Aegean coast works well from May to October: Alaçatı, Urla, Bodrum and Fethiye. In winter, Antalya stays mild.
