## Step by step

1. Agree a theme with the organiser and sketch the overall design across all panels.
2. Each team gets one panel and a colour guide.
3. Teams paint for 60 minutes; a facilitator moves between groups.
4. Join the panels and reveal the full mural.
5. Hang the mural in the office or donate it to a school or community space.

## Facilitator tips

- Outdoor sessions need shade and a plan for wind.
- Number the back of each panel for easy assembly.
