## Overview

IIFF runs across two venues, Tüyap in Büyükçekmece and İstanbul Expo Center in Yeşilköy, roughly 30 km apart. Buyers who want to see both halls in one trip need a hotel base that works for both and transport that moves them between venues without losing half a day.

We book hotels between the two venues or in the centre, schedule shuttles and private cars between Tüyap and İFM, and handle airport transfers in January weather. For buyer groups we arrange showroom visits to the furniture districts of İnegöl and Kayseri or Istanbul's own design showrooms, plus client dinners after fair hours.

BravoDays is an independent ground-services provider and is not affiliated with the organizer of IIFF – International Istanbul Furniture Fair. Tickets, stand space and official programmes are handled by the organizer; we take care of rooms, transport and hospitality around the fair.

- **VIP & buyer programmes:** Meet-and-greet, city programmes and transfers for the clients and buyers you invite.
- **Side events & launches:** Venue, AV, catering and staff for press breakfasts, product launches and receptions outside the halls.
- **Team evenings & offsites:** A dinner, a cruise or a short offsite to thank the stand team after a long week.

### Can you find hotel rooms near Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center & İstanbul Expo Center during IIFF – International Istanbul Furniture Fair?

Hotels closest to the venue fill early at fair time, so the sooner you send us your dates and headcount the more choice you have. Where available we hold room blocks for exhibitors and visiting groups, and when nearby hotels are full we offer alternatives a little further out with scheduled shuttles to the venue. We cannot guarantee availability or rates until a booking is confirmed by the hotel.

### Do you organise client dinners and stand hospitality during IIFF – International Istanbul Furniture Fair?

Yes. We arrange client and distributor dinners, private dining rooms, evening receptions and transfers for your guests, and can coordinate catering or hospitality staff for your stand through suppliers approved by the venue. Popular restaurants book up during fair week, so tell us your preferred evenings early. Anything inside the exhibition halls follows the organizer's and venue's rules.
