## Overview

LEAP takes place at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre in Malham, well north of central Riyadh. The drive from city hotels can be long at peak times, so teams need a clear transfer plan and a hotel choice that balances commuting time against evening meetings in the business districts.

We help with hotel bookings in north Riyadh, arrange cars with drivers and scheduled transfers to Malham, and handle airport meet-and-greet at King Khalid International. Around the event we organise client dinners, private meeting space in the city and, for teams staying on, short programmes in Riyadh or a trip to AlUla.

BravoDays is an independent ground-services provider and is not affiliated with the organizer of LEAP. Tickets, stand space and official programmes are handled by the organizer; we take care of rooms, transport and hospitality around the fair.

- **Hotel blocks near the venue:** We hold rooms early where available and offer nearby alternatives with shuttles when the area is full.
- **Airport and fair shuttles:** Airport pick-ups, daily hotel–fair shuttles and VIP cars timed to opening and closing hours.
- **Client dinners:** Private dining rooms, Bosphorus boats or rooftop terraces booked for your guest list.
- **VIP & buyer programmes:** Meet-and-greet, city programmes and transfers for the clients and buyers you invite.
- **Side events & launches:** Venue, AV, catering and staff for press breakfasts, product launches and receptions outside the halls.
- **Team evenings & offsites:** A dinner, a cruise or a short offsite to thank the stand team after a long week.

### Can you find hotel rooms near Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, Malham during LEAP?

Hotels closest to the venue fill early at fair time, so the sooner you send us your dates and headcount the more choice you have. Where available we hold room blocks for exhibitors and visiting groups, and when nearby hotels are full we offer alternatives a little further out with scheduled shuttles to the venue. We cannot guarantee availability or rates until a booking is confirmed by the hotel.

### Do you organise client dinners and stand hospitality during LEAP?

Yes. We arrange client and distributor dinners, private dining rooms, evening receptions and transfers for your guests, and can coordinate catering or hospitality staff for your stand through suppliers approved by the venue. Popular restaurants book up during fair week, so tell us your preferred evenings early. Anything inside the exhibition halls follows the organizer's and venue's rules.
