## Overview

WIN EURASIA groups several industrial shows under one roof at İstanbul Expo Center in Yeşilköy. Exhibitors tend to bring sales engineers and dealers from several countries at once, which means mixed arrival times at Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen and a need for flexible transfers.

We book hotel blocks near the venue and in the city centre, coordinate airport pick-ups for teams arriving from different cities, and run hotel–venue shuttles. For dealer and distributor networks we arrange evening dinners, a meeting room for a dealer briefing before or after the fair, and optional plant-visit transfers to industrial zones around Istanbul and Kocaeli.

BravoDays is an independent ground-services provider and is not affiliated with the organizer of WIN EURASIA. Tickets, stand space and official programmes are handled by the organizer; we take care of rooms, transport and hospitality around the fair.

- **VIP & buyer programmes:** Meet-and-greet, city programmes and transfers for the clients and buyers you invite.
- **Side events & launches:** Venue, AV, catering and staff for press breakfasts, product launches and receptions outside the halls.
- **Team evenings & offsites:** A dinner, a cruise or a short offsite to thank the stand team after a long week.

### Can you find hotel rooms near İstanbul Expo Center (İstanbul Fuar Merkezi) during WIN EURASIA?

Hotels closest to the venue fill early at fair time, so the sooner you send us your dates and headcount the more choice you have. Where available we hold room blocks for exhibitors and visiting groups, and when nearby hotels are full we offer alternatives a little further out with scheduled shuttles to the venue. We cannot guarantee availability or rates until a booking is confirmed by the hotel.

### Do you organise client dinners and stand hospitality during WIN EURASIA?

Yes. We arrange client and distributor dinners, private dining rooms, evening receptions and transfers for your guests, and can coordinate catering or hospitality staff for your stand through suppliers approved by the venue. Popular restaurants book up during fair week, so tell us your preferred evenings early. Anything inside the exhibition halls follows the organizer's and venue's rules.
