A former tobacco and goods warehouse close to the old railway yards of Alsancak, converted into an event space that keeps its brick columns, timber roof trusses and tall windows. It is a short walk from the Kordon and the bars of Alsancak.

The main hall takes up to 900 guests theatre style or 1,000 for a standing party, with rigging points, a loading door for staging and blackout for projection. A cobbled courtyard works for welcome drinks and street-food dinners, and a loft studio above the hall hosts workshops and green rooms. The venue has no bedrooms; we pair it with nearby city hotels.
