A cave hotel on the slope above Göreme village, with suites carved into the soft volcanic rock and stone-built rooms around small terraces. Many rooms keep their original niches and arches, and the hotel has a small hammam.

Groups of up to 70 can stay, and the whole hotel can be booked for a leadership retreat. The vaulted cave hall seats 90 theatre style and stays cool in summer, and the upper terrace, where breakfast is served, faces the valley where the balloons rise at dawn.
