A stone-built hotel on the edge of Ürgüp, surrounded by its own vineyards. Rooms are spread across restored village houses and a newer wing in the same local stone, and the restaurant cooks with produce from nearby farms.

The barrel cellar is carved into the rock and seats 90 for dinner. A pavilion among the vines takes up to 160 for a plenary or a long-table lunch, and a small library room is used for board meetings. Vineyard walks and tastings can be arranged on site, always with alcohol-free alternatives.

Ürgüp's old town and the valleys around Göreme are a short drive away.
