Most of an event’s footprint comes from a few decisions: where it happens, how people get there, and what is served and handed out. We focus on those decisions rather than on labels. We do not sell offsets or call events carbon neutral; we make choices you can check.

That starts with the venue. A compact site where people can walk between sessions, dinner and rooms avoids a day of shuttles. Some destinations are reachable without flying or driving: the high-speed train runs from Istanbul towards Sapanca and Adapazarı, the sea bus crosses the Sea of Marmara to Bursa, and central Istanbul venues are close to metro, tram and ferry lines.

For food and materials, we work with local producers and seasonal menus, use digital programmes instead of printed ones, and keep single-use plastic out of everything we supply. Where groups need to travel, we book shared coaches instead of individual cars. CSR experiences such as beach clean-ups, tree planting with a local foundation or food parcel packing can be built into the programme.

With COP31 taking place in Antalya in November 2026, more companies in Türkiye are being asked by their own stakeholders what their events actually do. After each event we send a short, plain report of the practices we applied, so you have something specific to share.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question? Your event designer answers within one business day.

Didn't find your answer?

  • Event designers reply within one business day. Onsite teams are reachable 24/7 during events.
Can you make our event carbon neutral?
We do not make that claim or sell offsets. We reduce the main sources of impact, travel, food and materials, and report what we did, so any claim you make is based on facts.
Which destinations can we reach without flying?
From Istanbul, Sapanca is reachable by high-speed train to the Sapanca or Adapazarı area plus a short transfer, and Bursa by sea bus across the Sea of Marmara. Central Istanbul venues are reachable by metro, tram and ferry.
What does the post-event report include?
A short summary of the practices applied: how guests travelled, which local suppliers were used, what was replaced with reusable or digital alternatives and any CSR activity, with numbers where we have them.
Does a sustainable event cost more?
Not necessarily. Shared coaches, compact venues and digital materials often save money. Some choices, such as specific local producers, can cost more, and we show those lines separately in the quote.

We do not issue carbon-neutral claims, certifications or offsets. We report the practices we applied.
