Why here
Alaçatı is a village of restored stone houses that turned into the most sought-after small-hotel address on the Aegean. Hotels have 10 to 40 rooms, so a group can take over one or two properties and walk to dinner in the old streets.
The peninsula has a steady north wind in summer, which keeps evenings cool and makes Alaçatı bay one of the best places in Europe to learn windsurfing. On the other side, the beaches of Ilıca and the coves near Ildırı have calm, shallow water.
July and August are busy and expensive, and many hotels ask for minimum stays. We plan most group programmes in May, June, September and early October.
