Strategic thinking

Leaders who are busy with today rarely step back to make real choices. Strategy offsites and scenario workshops create the space and the structure to decide what matters and what to stop.

Fast decision-making

Decisions that take weeks, or get reopened. Time-pressured simulations and decision sprints let teams practise a simple protocol: frame, options, decide, owner.

Team alignment

Hard-working teams pulling in slightly different directions. Alignment workshops agree shared goals, clear roles and ways of working, and write them down.

Data-driven decisions

More dashboards, but meetings still end in opinions. Decision labs build the habit of asking better questions, spotting misleading numbers and estimating with honest ranges.

Team coordination

Information stuck between departments and handovers that lose details. Supply-chain, kitchen-brigade and rescue challenges make coordination visible, then fix it.

Problem-solving under uncertainty

Plans built on one forecast. Scenario planning, pre-mortems and crisis simulations help teams act when the facts are incomplete and prepare for several futures.

Why a good day out is not always enough

Classic team building is valuable: people get to know each other and trust grows. But many companies come to us with a more specific problem. Priorities are unclear, decisions take too long, departments do not share information, or the leadership team is about to plan in a market nobody can predict. For these situations we design programmes that are still engaging and often take place in great locations, but are built around a business outcome.

Formats and indicative budgets

  • Half day at your office or a nearby venue: one focused simulation or workshop with a full debrief. Indicatively from €70 to €250 per person for facilitation and materials, depending on group size.
  • Full day: a simulation or workshop combined with work on your real decisions. Indicatively from €120 to €450 per person, plus venue and catering.
  • 2–3 day offsite: a complete programme with travel, accommodation, working sessions and an experience such as a regatta, orienteering or a crisis simulation. Indicatively from €650 to €2,200 per person, all inclusive.

Every quote is itemised, so you can see what is facilitation, what is venue and what is travel.

How we measure impact, honestly

We do not promise percentages or quote studies we cannot show you. Instead we agree with you what "better" means for this team and track it simply: a short pulse survey before and after the programme, a written decision log or list of commitments, and reviews after 30, 60 and 90 days to see what moved and what got stuck. You receive the results as they are.

How it works

  1. Diagnose

We talk to the sponsor, and often to a few participants, about the decisions and frictions that matter right now.

  2. Design

We choose and adapt the formats, agree the outcomes and measures, and propose venues and dates.

  3. Run

Facilitators run the programme, keep time and adjust on the day; logistics are handled by our team.

  4. Debrief

Every simulation or challenge ends with a structured look at how the team decided and worked together.

  5. Follow up

You receive the written outputs, and we review commitments with you after 30, 60 and 90 days.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question? Your event designer answers within one business day.

Didn't find your answer?

  • Event designers reply within one business day. Onsite teams are reachable 24/7 during events.
Is this team building or training?
A bit of both. The formats are active and social like team building, but each one is designed around a business outcome and ends with a debrief and agreed next steps, like a good workshop.
Who facilitates the programmes?
Experienced business facilitators from our partner network, supported by game masters for simulations and certified instructors for outdoor formats. We match the facilitator to your industry, language and group.
In which languages can you run them?
Most programmes run in English or Turkish, and many in Arabic. Other languages are possible with notice; tell us about your group when you ask for a quote.
Can we combine a programme with a classic team experience?
Yes, and many clients do. A typical offsite combines working sessions and a simulation with a relaxed dinner, a boat trip or a cultural experience.
How do you show that the programme worked?
With simple, honest measures agreed in advance: a pre and post pulse survey, the written decisions or commitments, and reviews after 30, 60 and 90 days. We do not promise percentages we cannot evidence.

Prices are indicative ranges per person and depend on group size, dates, location and the level of customisation. Final prices are confirmed in a written quote.
