Each crew of six to eight sails a yacht with a professional skipper who handles safety and teaches the basics. After a short training session, the fleet races a series of short legs. Crews decide on tactics, roles and timing, and quickly learn that a boat only moves well when everyone knows their job and information flows from the bow to the helm.

Between legs, boats raft up or return to the pontoon for short facilitated debriefs. What did the crew see, who decided to tack, how was it communicated, and what happened when conditions changed? Each new leg gives the crew a chance to apply what they learned.

The day ends with a final race, prize-giving and a closing debrief that links the regatta to how your team plans, decides and coordinates at work.
