Each team takes over a fictional company preparing to launch a product into a competitive market. Over four to six rounds, each representing a quarter, they decide on price, marketing budget, production capacity, hiring and product features. A simulation engine calculates the market response, and results appear on a shared live dashboard: market share, cash, customer satisfaction and profit.
Information is deliberately incomplete. Teams receive market research, competitor signals and sales reports, but not everything they would like to know, and decisions have to be submitted before the deadline. Roles such as finance, marketing, operations and CEO make trade-offs visible inside each team.
After every round the facilitator pauses the game for a short debrief: what did you expect, what happened and what did you learn about how your team decides? The final debrief connects the patterns to your real planning and launch processes.
