Overview

AV is the part of an event people only notice when it fails. We start from the agenda: how many rooms, what happens in each session, who presents, whether remote speakers join, and whether anything is streamed or recorded. From that we write a technical spec and get quotes within 24 hours.

Typical setups include stage and lectern, projection or LED walls, wireless microphones, confidence monitors, lighting, and hybrid kits for remote participants. For multilingual events we bring simultaneous interpretation booths with interpreters for English, Turkish and Arabic, plus receivers for the audience.

Before the event we check venue power, rigging points and internet, because we have already tested the Wi-Fi at our vetted venues and know when a dedicated line is needed. A technical rehearsal runs before doors open, and technicians stay at the desk for every session.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question? Your event designer answers within one business day.

Can you livestream our event?
Yes. We provide multi-camera livestreams to your platform of choice or a private link, with graphics, remote speakers and translation channels if needed. A backup connection is part of the set-up.
Do we need a technical rehearsal?
Yes, and we include one in every production. Speakers walk the stage, test their slides and microphones, and the crew runs through every cue before doors open.
Can you provide simultaneous interpretation?
Yes. We supply booths, interpreters and audience receivers for English, Turkish and Arabic, and can add other languages on request.
