Awards night production

We produce the whole evening around your awards: stage and set design in your brand, lighting, sound, LED screens, walk-up music for each winner and a show caller who keeps the running order on time. A bilingual host presents in English and Turkish, or Arabic on request.

Six weeks out, we agree the categories and running order with you, collect winner photos and nominee videos, and script the evening so awards come in short blocks between dinner courses. On the day, there is a full technical rehearsal and a walk-through with every presenter.

The evening typically runs from a welcome drink to dinner, three awards blocks, a closing performance and a DJ. We work in hotel ballrooms in Antalya and Bodrum and in historic venues in Istanbul; photography and a same-night highlight reel can be added.
