Overview

Every event gets one dedicated event designer who owns it from the first call to the final invoice. They turn your goals into an agenda, pick the venue with you, book the suppliers and write the run-of-show. You have one person to call, not a rotating inbox.

We plan around how Türkiye actually works: Bosphorus boats instead of evening traffic in Istanbul, a mezze dinner in Urla that runs late, the Ramadan calendar when it falls on your dates, halal, vegetarian and allergen needs marked on every menu. Supplier quotes come back within 24 hours so decisions do not stall.

You receive one final price that holds. If the program changes, we issue a change order showing exactly what moved and what it costs, and everything lands on one invoice with a deposit and a balance, payable in TRY, EUR or USD.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question? Your event designer answers within one business day.

Who will be our main contact?
One dedicated event designer, from the first call to the last transfer. They lead the onsite team as well, so the person who planned your event is the one running it.
Can we change the program after confirming?
Yes. Changes to headcount, timings or activities are common. We check availability and cost, confirm any price change in writing and update the run of show. Some changes close to the event depend on supplier terms.
How early should we start planning?
For groups of 50 or more, three to six months is comfortable, especially in high season. Smaller meetings can be planned in a few weeks if venue availability allows.

Planning something for next season?

Send the brief today. You will have three venue proposals by the end of the next business day.
