Teams of five to eight face a series of business dilemmas, each with a strict time box between five and fifteen minutes: a supplier asks for a price increase, a key employee resigns, a customer wants an exception. For each dilemma the team must frame the problem, consider at least two options, decide and name an owner.
Points are awarded by the facilitators for decision quality, not for luck: was the question clear, were the options real, were risks and assumptions stated, was the decision made on time and was there a clear owner? A live leaderboard keeps the energy high.
Between rounds the facilitator shares what the best teams did differently. The session ends with a simple decision protocol the group can take back to work.
