We start at a licensed ATV base near Göreme with a 20-minute safety briefing and a practice loop on flat ground. Everyone gets a helmet, goggles and a dust scarf; two people can share a bike and swap halfway if not everyone wants to drive.

The convoy follows fixed dirt tracks through Love Valley, Rose Valley and Sword Valley, with a lead guide in front and a sweep guide at the back. We stop at two viewpoints for photos and at a cave café for tea. Speeds are kept moderate and the guides adjust the route to the slowest rider.

Late afternoon departures end at a ridge for sunset over the valleys. For larger groups we run waves of 25 bikes, 30 minutes apart, so the tracks never get crowded.
