The day starts at the lower station in Bursa, where the group boards the cable car for the ride of almost 9 km up to the hotel zone of Uludağ, with the city shrinking below and the forest opening out on all sides.
At the top, your hosts set up a picnic in a forest clearing with Turkish breakfast dishes or a barbecue lunch, followed by light team games such as a tug of war, relay races and a nature quiz. There is time for a short walk before the ride back down. It is an easy, sociable day out for groups of almost any size from late spring to early autumn.
