Corporate football tournament

We hire a sports complex with several artificial-grass pitches and run a seven-a-side tournament for eight to 32 teams. Teams are mixed across departments, each gets its own colour kit, and we send the fixture list a week before so teams can plan.

The day opens with a warm-up led by a coach, then a group stage of short 15-minute matches, followed by quarter-finals, semis and a final. Licensed referees run every game and a live scoreboard shows results on a screen at the pitchside lounge, where non-players watch and eat.

We add a mixed penalty shoot-out for supporters, a fair-play prize and a closing cup ceremony. In Belek, the tournament can run on the same pitches professional teams use for winter training camps.
