The hackathon starts with a real challenge from your business, framed in advance with the sponsor: improving a customer journey, reducing a cost, testing a new service or rethinking an internal process. Mixed teams of five to seven, across functions and levels, are formed so that every team has the skills it needs.

On day one, teams explore the problem, interview users or experts, look at the available data and choose a direction. Coaches help them avoid jumping to solutions too early. On day two they build a simple prototype or a business case, test it and prepare a short pitch.

The hackathon closes with pitches to a leadership panel, who give feedback and decide which ideas get time and budget to move forward. We help you set up a light follow-up so that good ideas do not disappear after the event.
