Communication and feedback workshop

Before the workshop we interview three or four people in your team to understand the conversations managers find hardest, and we build the scenarios around them. The day starts with a short, practical framework for structuring feedback and listening without getting defensive, and moves quickly to practice.

Most of the day is spent in small groups with a professional actor who plays a team member: someone who misses deadlines, a high performer who wants a promotion that is not available, a colleague who reacts badly to criticism. Each participant runs a conversation, gets feedback from the facilitator, the actor and peers, and tries again with one change.

The workshop is run by an experienced facilitator with a background in organisational psychology, in English, Turkish or Arabic. Participants leave with a one-page personal plan and a follow-up call four weeks later to see what has stuck.
