Step by step
- Show your own journey line as an example: time on one axis, energy on the other.
- Give everyone 10 minutes to draw theirs.
- In groups of 4–6, each person shares two moments in 3 minutes.
- Listeners may only ask open, curious questions.
- Close with one thing each person noticed they have in common.
Facilitator tips
- Make clear that people choose what to share; private matters stay private.
- The facilitator going first sets a safe tone.
Variations
- Project version: draw the journey of the last year as a team.
Accessibility
Can be told verbally instead of drawn. Keep group sizes small for people who find sharing in public difficult.
